Cheese & Crackers started as a simple idea: Champaign deserved a great deli. Not a chain, not a franchise — a real, neighborhood shop with an extraordinary cheese counter, the freshest seafood in town, and sandwiches made with care and real ingredients.
We opened our doors at 1715 W Kirby Ave. and built our reputation one sandwich at a time. Today, we're also home to one of central Illinois' best seafood markets and an artisan grocery that sources direct from producers we trust.
